1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doesn't infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping or mass-downloading content for commercial use, uploading malicious code, and impersonating any person or entity.
3. Products & pricing
We do our best to describe products accurately, including specifications, images, and pricing. Despite our efforts, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information at any time, including after an order is placed but before it ships. If an order is affected by a material correction we'll contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or request a full refund.
Availability of any product is not guaranteed. Stock changes constantly and our online displays are best-effort indicators of inventory.
4. Orders & payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send a shipment confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order for any reason — for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order that's already been paid, we'll refund in full.
Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by reputable third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Customer accounts
If we introduce customer accounts in a future release, you'll be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beneera.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual property
The Beneera name, the site design, our original product copy, and the curated product photography we produce are owned by BENEERA LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or republish them without our written permission. Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of those parties; their mention on the site does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENEERA LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENEERA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
