This page describes how we handle order processing and shipping. Read it before placing an order — and email support@beneera.com if anything is unclear.
Where we ship
Beneera ships within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. APO/FPO and U.S. territories may be available on request — email us before ordering and we'll let you know whether the carrier can deliver to your address.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Larger or made-to-order items may take longer; if so, the product page will say so and you'll receive an email update if anything affects your specific order. Processing times are best estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping estimates
Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier service selected at checkout. Typical ranges for the contiguous U.S.:
- Standard: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited (when available): 2–4 business days after processing
These are estimates from the carrier, not promises by Beneera. Severe weather, holidays, and carrier capacity issues can extend transit time. We don't offer guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when available, are shown on the site banner and apply automatically.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package. If your tracking hasn't moved for several business days, email support@beneera.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply) or a refund of the product cost minus original shipping.
Delays & carrier issues
Once a package is in carrier hands, we have limited ability to expedite it. If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but never arrived, contact us within a reasonable window and we'll file a carrier inquiry and work toward a fair resolution.
