What is the return process?
Most items can be returned. Start by emailing support@beneera.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll send return instructions. Are product images and details accurate?
We do our best to keep product photos and descriptions current. Colors can vary slightly between monitors, and packaging can change from manufacturer to manufacturer over time. If something arrives and doesn't match the listing in a meaningful way, email us — we'll make it right.
